If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning or detailing service, please notify our supervisor on-site immediately. We will re-clean the specific area at no additional cost before your vehicle leaves our facility.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Refunds for pre-paid online bookings are processed within 5-7 working days if the cancellation meets our criteria.
Once a service is fully completed and the vehicle has left the center, we generally do not offer monetary refunds.
If a customer fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the booking deposit (if any) will be non-refundable as it covers the reserved time slot of our professionals.
