1. Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning or detailing service, please notify our supervisor on-site immediately. We will re-clean the specific area at no additional cost before your vehicle leaves our facility.

2. Booking Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for pre-paid online bookings are processed within 5-7 working days if the cancellation meets our criteria.

  • Once a service is fully completed and the vehicle has left the center, we generally do not offer monetary refunds.

4. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the booking deposit (if any) will be non-refundable as it covers the reserved time slot of our professionals.
